For your critical staffing needs!

At the beginning of any retained search, CKR will designate a project team that will devote their time exclusively to this project. We will begin the job with a broad search of candidates who are experienced in the area of interest and generate an initial target list. From this initial group, we will speak with the candidates to develop a refined list of qualified candidates. Each candidate will be carefully screened and interviewed in a one- on-one meeting. Then and only then will the agreed upon number of candidates be sent to you, so that your interview process may begin. We supply progress reports during the course of the search, so you can be kept aware of the status of the search at all times. The work will not stop until the appropriate candidates are supplied.

Contingency

You will be surprised with what you get! CKR will not overwhelm you with resumes. CKR will not send candidates who simply want the job. We will supply candidates that fit the job and are motivated by the opportunity. On each resume that reaches your desk, will be a candidate that "Clearly" understands the position he/she is applying for. CKR will understand the candidates' motivation and cover obstacles as they arise. We use a comprehensive qualification system that goes beyond the basics of salary, bonus, relocation, motivation, etc. We take it a step further by challenging the candidate's true interest level and discussing their expectations to make sure they are realistic. Exclusive

Are your HR Department's resources stretched to the breaking point? Save your valuable time by using our Exclusive search arrangements at no additional cost. We will act as the Gatekeeper for you on all positions where you need recruiting assistance. CKR screens all resumes and tracks the progress of the search. We utilize other firms, as sub-vendors, so that you only deal with one source. All billing comes from CKR. We are interested in keeping the confusion and duplication out of your realm of responsibility and, at the same time, completing difficult searches in a timely fashion.
